Expression Systems offers insect cell lines adapted to serum-free suspension culture in either ESF 921 or ESF AF. The availability of pre-adapted cells saves significant time and expense associated with the adaptation of cultures.
The Tni insect cell line is derived from ovarian cells isolated from Trichoplusia ni. Tni cells are adapted for suspension culture in ESF 921 or ESF AF and are available as a frozen vial or suspension culture.
• Recombinant protein expression from a variety of expression platforms
• Can express 5-10x as much protein as Spodoptera cell lines

The medium inhibits most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeast and saprophytic fungi.
